The engagement
One implementation initiative, with clear boundaries before the interview links go out.
Overview
These terms govern the Aimspace Consulting website and the services described on it, including the Requirements Discovery Sprint, Requirements Continuity, and the free Hidden Discovery Cost Calculator.
One Sprint
One Sprint covers one defined implementation initiative or workstream, one primary business outcome, one accountable sponsor, one connected stakeholder group, and one requirements baseline. A broad initiative produces a broad baseline and does not include detailed requirements for every downstream project, department, workflow, or system.
Standard scope
The standard Sprint includes one short partner brief, private partner-branded stakeholder surveys, up to 15 completed stakeholder responses, up to 20 source documents or 500 pages, six connected deliverables, and one consolidated partner validation round. Expanded scope is quoted separately.
Partner authority
The partner is responsible for having authority to engage Aimspace, share client information, invite stakeholders, use the agreed white-label arrangement, and represent the work to the client.
Delivery relationship
The partner owns the client and approval process. Aimspace owns the agreed discovery and requirements-definition work.
Client relationship
The partner keeps the client relationship, commercial terms, solution decisions, implementation responsibility, and end-client approval process unless the written agreement says otherwise.
Visibility and branding
The stakeholder interview experience and final files normally use the partner brand. White-label branding does not remove any privacy, security, contractual, or transparency disclosure that is legally or operationally required.
Interview access and communication
The partner sends or authorizes the private interview links for the agreed stakeholders. Aimspace contacts client participants only through approved channels and does not solicit the client or compete for implementation work.
Partner validation
Aimspace provides one draft package. The partner submits one consolidated validation response covering factual corrections, missing context, misunderstood requirements, open questions, and technical or commercial boundaries. Aimspace applies agreed corrections, records open exceptions, and issues the final partner-validated package.
Timing and payment
Aimspace production time begins when the required inputs are complete.
Timing
Aimspace prepares interview access within one business day after the partner brief and required brand assets are complete, delivers the draft within three business days after the agreed interviews and source documents are complete, and delivers the final package within two business days after one consolidated partner validation response. Stakeholder and partner response time is separate.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted before work begins and are payable as agreed in writing or through the configured checkout. The browser-based Hidden Discovery Cost Calculator is free and directional. Requirements Continuity is billed monthly and may be cancelled before the next cycle.
Requirements Continuity
The standard monthly service covers one active baseline, one asynchronous change intake, up to 10 material change records, one impact assessment, one updated package, one change brief, and one consolidated partner validation round. A new stakeholder campaign or implementation workstream is separate scope.
Client approval
Aimspace does not obtain formal approval from the partner end client. The final package is partner-validated and prepared for the partner to take through its own client approval process using the included Validation and Approval Record.
Use and limits
The Sprint supports implementation decisions, but it does not replace implementation or specialist advice.
Confidentiality and data
Each party keeps the other party confidential information private. The standard service is intended for ordinary confidential business and project information. Highly sensitive, classified, production-credential, health, payment-card, identity, or specially regulated information must not be submitted unless separate controls are agreed in writing.
Retention
Unless a different written term applies, raw stakeholder responses and uploaded source documents are intended to be deleted 90 days after final delivery. Final deliverables and change records may be retained for up to 12 months, subject to Continuity, contractual, or legal requirements.
Deliverables and ownership
After payment, the partner and client may use the delivered requirements package for the agreed client project and white-label arrangement. Aimspace retains ownership of its general methods, templates, tools, and reusable know-how.
No implementation or specialist advice
Aimspace provides discovery and requirements analysis. It does not provide implementation, architecture, legal, security, privacy, procurement, tax, or regulatory advice unless separately agreed and qualified.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Aimspace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement that caused the claim.
