Built for ordinary confidential project information.

The standard Sprint is designed for ordinary confidential business workflows, requirements, roles, decisions, and risks. Evidence may come from AI discovery interviews, meeting transcripts, project documents, or any combination.

Limited collection

Only ask for information needed to define the project and produce the agreed package.

Limited access

Limit access to the people and systems needed to deliver and support the engagement.

Partner control

The implementation partner agrees the project boundary, evidence sources, any stakeholder group, and data-sharing rules.

Before data is collected

Agree on the boundary first.

The implementation partner must have authority to share End User Company information and invite any participating stakeholders. Special data needs must be raised before evidence is shared or interviews begin.

Confirm which project documents and meeting transcripts may be shared

Confirm who may review the evidence

Confirm any special End User Company or contract rules

Remove secrets and data that are not needed

Do not submit

Some information needs a separate review or a different service.

Do not send high-risk data through the standard intake unless Aimspace has agreed to the controls in writing.

Retention and deletion

Keep the evidence only as long as it is needed.

The signed engagement controls the exact retention period. Reasonable correction and deletion requests are handled through the partner.

Raw evidence

Keep AI interview responses, supplied meeting transcripts, and project files only for the delivery and agreed support period.

Final package

Deliver the agreed files to the partner and follow the contract for any retained working copy.
