What we collect
Aimspace may collect contact information, intake responses, uploaded materials, business context, product usage notes, API access details, and monthly review updates that clients provide.
Privacy
Aimspace asks for business and personal context only because the work depends on understanding the real situation.
Policy
Aimspace may collect contact information, intake responses, uploaded materials, business context, product usage notes, API access details, and monthly review updates that clients provide.
We use this information to deliver reports, tools, review materials, AI Partner grounding, client workspaces, API outputs, monthly review, support, and service improvement.
Monthly subscriptions may include updated context, completed work, missed work, measure movement, blockers, and decisions so the client system stays current.
API may process input data, preview runs, full strategy runs, schema needs, usage volume, and support requests so the service can provide structured output.
Client materials may be used to ground the client AI Partner. We do not sell client data. Clients should not submit sensitive information that is not needed for the service.
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, forms, payment, email, analytics, AI processing, API infrastructure, or workspace delivery. These providers are used to operate the service, not to sell client context.
We keep information as long as needed for delivery, support, legal obligations, security, and reasonable business records. Clients can request deletion where legally and operationally possible.
Aimspace aims to use reasonable safeguards for submitted context. No website, email, form, API, or AI system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
